Beyond monetary gains, they focus on solving problems, meeting needs and providing solutions. You must personally develop confidence in its ability to solve a problem or meet a need. You need to provide value to your customers and team members through education, training and support, and endeavor to refer them to other professionals beyond your own skills and competence.
